Services are personalised based on the wishes, needs and routine of each customer, and cover various activities ranging from a simple chat over a cup of tea through to personal care.

- Personal care (including assistance with bathing, toilet and dressing)
- Food preparation (to relevant hygiene and environmental health standards), and feeding with care
- Medication dispensed (subject to appropriate prescription& guidelines)
- Social visits, tea and coffee breaks
- Shopping sessions (including unpacking)
- Small cleaning activities
- In addition to the above we will be happy to consider other, bespoke services on request and subject to our ability to deliver.
Kindly note that services are reserved for a minimum of one hour before noon, and
for a minimum of 30 minutes during the afternoon and evening.
